PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Processing time is the time it takes to make and prepare a product. It is calculated in business days:
2-7 Business Days for apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
2-5 Business Days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, etc.)
We’ll ship out all orders with our Fixed-Rate Standard shipping worldwide. Shipping time varies by location. Time estimates include the following:

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to reach. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.
DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If there is a delay in delivery, possible reasons include the following:
- Issues with print/embroidery files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts or service disruptions
For a missing package, we are not liable if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for your original order at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may receive custom fees when they arrive at your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
