Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Shipping & Production

All of our products are made by our production partners, located across the globe, including the United States and Asia. Production times vary depending on location.

  • Most products are crafted on-demand, requiring 2–5 days for production before shipping.
  • Overseas production typically requires 3–10 days before shipping.
  • U.S. orders: Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days.
  • International orders: Estimated delivery within 10–30 business days.


Holiday Shipping

  • Christmas Shipping: December is our busiest month, and shipping carriers experience high demand. Orders placed during this time cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. For a smoother experience and to avoid delays, we recommend placing your order in November whenever possible.
  • Lunar New Year / Chinese New Year Shipping: Lunar New Year falls between January 21 – February 20, and production times may be significantly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.


Refund, Return & Exchange

  • Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refund or exchanges for incorrect sizing, wrong colors, or similar reasons, as well as shipping carrier delays. However, we do offer replacements or refunds for any damages or defects on our end.
  • If you receive an item in the wrong size or different from what you ordered, please contact us with a photo of the size tag and/or the item. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.
